Lesson: don't go after 2pm (even though they are open till 3) - staff just wants to leave by then.A couple months back, I was chatting on the phone with my sister when I mentioned my fear of becoming a hipster. But the customer should need to point out obvious issues. So I said I could eat it, it was fine, not what I ordered, so I was surprised to see nothing taken off our bill as an apology for losing the order then it being wrong. Went in after rush, order was lost, so an hour later food came and the order was wrong but waitress was not helpful, instead visibility frustrated since the other staff were wrapping up and we just got served the wrong eggs, (mind, we were there so late by the kitchen lost our first order). Their system is effective though, text messages! So don't do hungry, get your name on the list, shop nearby (don't go too far, don't want to lose ur spot) and return at a text from them. The combinations included fruits, nuts, different sauces, etc. Wisely, Snooze offers a special: Choose 3 different toppings, and I don't mean syrups, for a flat reasonable price. So many pancake options! And they all sounded delicious. But the menu left me salivating with a dilemma. Also, unfortunately, there were not enough wait people and probably not enough cooks. Unfortunately, we were there at about 11:30 a.m., and it was very busy. With both indoor and outdoor seating, we still waited a while to be seated inside. Snooze in Boulder, Colorado is located on the Pearl Street (pedestrian) Mall. I love pancakes, and when a friend told me about Snooze, I had to try their pancakes.
